to receive advice whenever the website is updated just replace the 'type email address here' text in the box with your email address and click OK.  Then when a change is made to the 'Welcome' page [usually the date of the last change] the monitoring website [www.changedetection.com] will automatically email a notification to you.

here's a tip - don't use the URL address in the body of the update email.  Each website page is in two parts and the upper part has the navigation links - but the update email URL only points to the bottom part [the welcome area] and the missing navigation links makes further browsing difficult.  Instead, set up a favourite bookmark to the site address and when you get the update email use the bookmark to get full site functionality.  You can find each change easily by checking the latest entry at the 'see changes made' link.
